Account Manager (Lower Mainland, BC)

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team in the Lower Mainland, BC. In this role, you will serve as a vital link between exceptional client service and site performance. This position requires a proactive approach, as you will spend time in the field building strong relationships with clients and mentoring site supervisors and teams. Key responsibilities include fostering client success through regular site visits, strategic check-ins, and ensuring contract deliverables are met. You will track key performance indicators, manage escalations professionally, and lead business reviews to enhance client trust. Additionally, you will coach site leaders, conduct performance evaluations, and implement recruitment strategies to maintain team effectiveness. You will also oversee site budgets, drive operational changes, and ensure financial accuracy by addressing billing issues and collaborating with finance teams. Participation in operations meetings and special projects will support overall company growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong client service mindset, leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and emotional intelligence.
