Account Manager

We are seeking an organized and customer-focused Account Manager to support client projects and maintain strong working relationships from start to finish. In this role, you will act as the main contact for assigned accounts, helping to ensure each project stays on track, within budget, and aligned with client expectations. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to define project needs, coordinate timelines, monitor progress, and resolve issues quickly when they arise. A key part of the role is building long-term partnerships, supporting repeat business, and identifying opportunities to expand services where appropriate. You will also help ensure accurate billing, maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle, and support profitability across accounts. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, a service-first mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are important. Experience in account management or project coordination is preferred, though the right candidate may be trained. A post-secondary background in a related field is an asset, along with strong computer skills and familiarity with common business software.
