Account Manager

We are looking for a client-oriented Account Manager to oversee customer relationships and support business growth across branded merchandise and apparel. This position blends account service, sales support, product coordination, and digital marketing tasks. The right candidate will guide clients from concept through delivery while helping manage online content, campaigns, and reporting. In this role, you will serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, learning customer needs and recommending appropriate products and solutions. You will handle orders from first inquiry to final fulfillment, coordinating product selection, artwork, approvals, production schedules, and shipment timing. You will also help identify new sales opportunities through outreach, follow-up, and consultative conversations. Additional responsibilities include researching products, suppliers, and market trends, supporting e-commerce updates, and assisting with digital marketing efforts such as email campaigns and social media advertising. You may also update website content, contribute to search optimization work, review performance data, and support paid search activity. Experience with common marketing and creative tools is helpful, along with strong organization, communication, and attention to detail. Salary range is competitive and based on experience.
