We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to drive new business and manage client relationships in a B2B environment. This is a consultative sales role focused on identifying opportunities, building a pipeline, and guiding prospects through the full sales cycle from initial outreach to close. The position offers a base salary with strong earning potential through commission, with first-year and second-year total compensation expected to be competitive.
The ideal candidate has at least three years of B2B sales experience, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a track record of meeting sales targets. Comfort working in a fast-paced, client-facing role is important, along with the ability to travel regularly for meetings and business development activities. A post-secondary degree is preferred but not required.
