We are seeking an experienced Account Director to lead new business and growth for supply chain consulting services. This role focuses on opening doors with senior decision-makers, uncovering business challenges, and shaping them into structured advisory and transformation engagements that can progress from assessment through planning and implementation. The right candidate will have a strong background in consulting, strategy, or transformation, with experience selling complex services that improve operations. You should be comfortable working with executive stakeholders, guiding discovery conversations, and turning ambiguous client needs into clear commercial opportunities. A track record of building trusted relationships and developing multi-phase client work is important. Core responsibilities include generating new consulting opportunities, expanding existing accounts, developing proposals, and aligning commercial activity with delivery capacity and profitability expectations. You will work closely with internal specialists to define scope, support pricing, and maintain a healthy pipeline of advisory and execution work. The role also involves building long-term account strategies and helping convert initial projects into broader programs. Success in this position will be measured by consulting bookings, deal size, win rate, revenue growth within accounts, and forecasting accuracy.
