We are seeking an experienced account leader to drive large-scale enterprise implementation opportunities within supply chain and logistics environments. This role focuses on originating, shaping, and closing complex programs while making sure commercial commitments are realistic and aligned with delivery capabilities. You will work closely with warehouse leaders, operations executives, IT stakeholders, and procurement teams to qualify opportunities, define scope, and guide deals through the full sales cycle. A strong understanding of warehouse operations, go-live planning, and post-launch stabilization is important, as the role requires balancing growth targets with practical execution. Key responsibilities include building trusted relationships with senior decision-makers, leading discovery across multiple functions, developing implementation proposals, and coordinating with delivery teams on timelines, staffing, and margin protection. You will also support account expansion after the initial sale by identifying additional sites, phases, or improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations, along with a proven ability to navigate enterprise sales cycles and complex stakeholder environments. Candidates should be comfortable speaking credibly with frontline operators while also translating technical and operational needs for executive audiences. This is a high-impact role for someone who understands both the business side and the realities of implementation delivery.
