We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated sales professional for the position of Account Director, Media Sales. The successful candidate will focus on maximizing revenue from multimedia advertising opportunities, including cinema, online, mobile, and digital signage networks. This role will primarily serve the Southwestern Ontario region, with responsibilities for local and agency sales. Key responsibilities include proactively reaching out to decision-makers through various channels to expand the client base, building and maintaining a strong prospect database, and developing relationships with current and potential clients. The Account Director will implement strategic approaches to meet or exceed sales targets, participate in weekly meetings, and provide necessary planning and reporting. A thorough understanding of advertising products and the ability to communicate them effectively is essential. Collaboration with media solutions and production teams will be required to manage the sales process from proposal to implementation. Candidates should possess a post-secondary education in Sales, Marketing, or a related field, along with 5+ years of media sales experience, particularly in new business development and client management. Strong communication and negotiation skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities are crucial. A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are necessary for travel within the region.
